The colour code of your CB will be under the seat , this is for Tank etc ,there is no colour code for wheels that I know of ,if your painting wheels I suggest you power coat them ,much better job and any colour you like .

I'm looking to paint the frame covers, i want to achieve a matching black throughout the bike instead of three colours and different blacks dotted around

 

Have a look at the link below mate. They list it as "Heavy Grey Metallic", not sure if that is the official name for it but they can supply it too.
