Good Evening yall, I am new to this form so if I posted in the wrong place I apologize in advance. I am seeking the help on this form as a last resort!

long story short, my 2011 CB1000R with a shy of 40,000 ish miles (I put 1000 miles on it btw) recently just started to run very weird.

I went for a normal ride 3-4 weeks ago and the bike started to sound weird as if it was misfiring on one of the 4 cylinders. I immediately turned around and went back home.

so far I replaced the spark plugs and ignition coil to no avail :/. Still the same exact issue persists. I feel like I am at a dead end. Here is a video for anyone trying to decipher whats going on!

any help is greatly appreciated!!

Have you checked the basics?
Is the battery new enough that there is no question about it?
Have you washed the bike with a strong hose?
Have you added any accessories? Had the tank raised or off?
Does the sidestand and clutch safety switch work as expected?
Those kind of things.
It has been my experience that the batteries are the likely suspect most of the time.
