Hi, may sound daft but here goes, when the front wheel is on a stand should the wheel move freely as in keep spinning? It's just that it's been stood for afew month and decided to put it on its stand and clean the bike but noticed the wheel doesn't spin properly if that makes any sense. Thanks

The brake pads float on the rotors so there's always some friction

I wash my bikes on paddock stands because it makes it easier to wash the wheels when you can rotate them.
