From 0 to 75mph during my daily commute it's all good. Occasionally I'll do triple digits just for fun. All good.
When I first rode the bike I noticed there was a slight vibration in the bars compared to my 2014.
Here's what's on the bike:

Just to summarize this thread.
I decided to buy this bike and so far there is no intrusive vibrations/harshness on foot-pegs, seat or handle-bars.
See my review:
Have been salivating over the Black Ed for months and finally rode it home in the rain and loved every bit of it. Looks Dept Looks are subjective. Is that true? Yes, it is true when the looks are borderline. But, when it is overwhelmingly beautiful (like a super model), I think most people will...
I think some people are more sensitive to the vibes. They are there on any inline-4 pretty-much always around motorway/highway speeds. Of course some people cruise down the road at 60, some 70, some 80 ...
Now that my new CB has gone past its break-in period, I did notice the vibrations on the seat and pegs when hitting 6-6.5K RPM.
But, that RPM range is not the daily diet of my bike so it's not an issue to me.
A lot of our highways are 75mph and at that speed, if I remember right, I'm doing around 5.5k RPM. This bike could do with a 7th gear! Lol
According to Honda, the shift point for 6th is 37mph.
Haven't really paid attention to my 2019, but my 2014 CB and my SC77 SP both had the same RPM at 70mph, even though the CB OEM rear sprocket had one more tooth and lower redline.
Took my CB up to stratosphere speeds today to test out new engine oil + filter and just wanted to know how this bike felt at those triple digit speeds.
I had to force myself to really lean forward or it felt like I could have been blown off the seat: chest on tank and wrists high up on grips ... can you imagine a chimpanzee on a swing-bars? Still felt a lot of pressure and I know I'm only using 1/2 of the engine's capacity.
Now, I appreciate the seating position and the arched down grips of the CBR's --- it is really designed for high speeds.
RR = Race Replica
CB used to be categorized as a "standard" bike until Honda came up with the Neo-Sports Café tag.
"They’re not nakeds. They’re not trying to be race replicas. They’re machines built for the way we ride today, and that offer a fresh, new take on style too." - Honda
