Hey everyone,

I'm going to throw updates on this thread as I add more mods. Hopefully they can help someone out looking for similar things. If you guys have any suggestions on additional mods I'm all ears! I'll eventually get a carbon SC Project exhaust, frame sliders, and axle sliders.

So far...

Mustard fender eliminator.
Tech Spec tank pads.
Rad Guard radiator guard.
CRG Arrow bar end mirrors.

I have a pair of Rizoma Leggeras I want to swap my rear singals out with. I need to come up with or buy a bracket that I can use with the Mustard eliminator then I can throw them on.

The next upgrade should be the one though.

Why don’t you get rid of those ugly tank stickers? Very easy to do. Just heat them up with a hair dryer (wife’s not mine BTW) to soften the adhesive and then gently nibble at a corner with a plastic store card or credit card (so you don’t mark the paint) then with finger tips gently pinch the lifted corner and peel them off/away.

or dental floss (might not be a thing in the UK :p)
or dental floss...
They use dental floss to remove teeth in North-America?
Tooth fairy, enquiring minds ... and all that...

Hey everyone,

Part of my mod was to take off the 2 warning stickers south of the gas tank lid on the very first day I got the bike. IDK how many people do it , or just leave it on there :rolleyes:

Agreed, I'm itching for my SC Project. How's it sound with just the slip-on? It's hard to get a solid idea from YouTube but when comparing all the exhausts hear on there I prefer the SC Project.

Nice! I've heard a lot of good things about the upgraded Ohlins shocks. I'd like to get one around the same time as a new Corbin seat.

Solid idea! I didn't really even consider it, but you're right they're eyesores.

I ended up buying Rizoma Light Unit turn signals that I'm going to use on the rear instead and swap the Leggeras to the front. I'm just waiting for the wiring adapters for the front then I can make the swap.

@swanny06 Did you do this mod  or you still have your stickers

I removed the stickers last week.
Even after heating them with a hair dryer, all the glue remained on the paint.
I used wd40 to remove the glue.
I then did a good polishing of the tank and voila.

I'm planning to knock it out this weekend. I'm expecting roughly 40HP increase once they're off.

Quick question..

I'm torn between two exhausts currently. The SC Project ($700) and the Leo Vince Black Edition ($300).

There's a pretty big price difference between the two. Having never owned either brands of exhaust, is the SC Project just higher quality?

You won't find LeoVince on a MotoGP prototype.

Be careful where you buy the SC-Project. There are a lot of sellers that sell fakes, even SC Project has it on their site, how to recognize a genuine product.
