@ bigone-94-1. I thought the same, until I tried downshifting with a static throttle and it downshifts at whatever revs you like. just don't change the throttle (i.e. revs) whilst doing it. the same goes with the throttle closed it doesn't matter what revs you are doing, it will downshift.
the previous bike was a gsxr-750 and that would easily downshift without a clutch, but only at specific revs (or a harmonic of those revs). The CB with the quickshift, it will do change any revs...

My Quickshifter gets stuck a lot when I switch down.
The lever can only be shifted down with a lot of force and then it jerks violently.

There are no problems when switching up.

Is there any way to test the correct function? Or adjust it?

Are you sure the quickshifter works up&Down ?!! The way you described It looks like the quickshifter only works Up !! Can you tell me the Make and model of the Quickshifter ?
