Wow... Mauritius.... very exotic, very nice..... I could always deliver you a CB1000R personally??? :lol

:welcome Guy

Your question about Doble Motorcycles might not be as funny as some might initially think... a few years ago I had a conversation with Paul at Dobles about exporting to Europe. From what I can remember the only issue was cost, with Value Added Tax still being payable here in the UK, plus shipping would be very high.

If you have the cash then I would think it is possible to do.

Hi Guy :welcome

I'm pretty sure I was on hold to Doble and the recorded message said they delivered to the middle east (?) so I guess it's possible. But then I'm sure someone else a bit closer would probably do the same thing too? Personally I think I'd wait for the end of the year mind you and just get one from your dealer.

Will they definitely be available there then?

Thanks to you all for your warm :welcome .

According to the local dealer, they will be available. But when ???
They are launching the new CBR1000RR this Friday; I will try to get latest news.

Yes Fordzoid, I own a Montesa Cota 348 and a go-kart !!!
The CB will be my first sport bike. I am wondering if all that is reasonable now that I am nearly 47?

Dan, you could eventually deliver it here but two questions comes to my mind, how long and how much :lol and yes of course, if cash is available everything is possible!

Unlike me (ahem!) some people may not know what a Montesa Cota 348 is so for them here's one!
