One day I was bored and wanted to see what the radiator covers and side covers looked like black on my bike. I used some black plasti dip and I really liked the look. It doesn't stick to the aluminum well at all but that's why I tried it. It pulled right off after a few days and I had ordered the motocomposites covers in twill matte. Needless to say I like this look also. Heres a pic.

That is a great site and not too pricey. When I couldn't get the Honda undertail metal cover for my 14 CB1R, I found the motocomposite site. It mated really well and only required slight modification for the Yosh tail tidy.

Eventually I'll finish blacking out my 18 CB1R with the side panels from that sight.

At 1st I ordered plain matte in fiberglass. But they said 8 weeks or so. So I paid the difference and got the full carbon twill matte. It was $75 more but I'm not complaining.
