:welcome Horst, good to have you here!

When are you expecting delivery of your bike then? What colour did you go for? I hope it lives up to the hype for you. Has your dealer been able to give you any power figures yet?

I went straight for the black, then the silver, then the white, then considered the green, then the silver again, then the black. I don't feel that the choices are really good enough for us to say "Ooo, I want that one" so I've been left trying to make my mind up ever since. I'm waiting on the review now to decide what I'm doing so I don't know what colour I'll end up with, but probably black myself now

Than you!

Well, I'm a litle bit too old to be impressed or disappointed for a HP more or less, but the "ND" clause in the brochure was very frustrating.

My congratulations for the initiative.

Being Italian may be I'll get mine earlier than some of the other users. If so I'll post many pictures ;)

There is a review on Moto-Station.com that says that the bike will be available in standard trim from July in all four colours, and August for the ABS model, which will only be available in black and silver. Whether this only applies to France or is a worldwide schedule I don't know. They also have prices of €10,300 for the standard and €10,900 for the ABS model listed. It also says that the ABS model will be a three piston set up, as current ABS/CBS bikes are, whereas the standard model has four-piston mono-bloc Tokico radial brakes

In Italy it will be available (officially) at end of May, 4 colors, no ABS. Official price is € 10500. Dealers apply € 500 discount easily when no used byke is entered.

No prediction so far about availability and price of ABS version.

But official press release (fully available in Italian from Honda Italia web site) clearly explains that brakes are different and that they are the only visual distinction between the two versions. Three pistons on both wheels. Same as my old VFR :)

Bye
