Sorry ghostrider, but your totally blinded by government bullshit if you think there 80% tax on fuel......... It's the way the government states it.... :bs :bs :bs

I work it out the true way....... If a litre of fuel is 40p and you add 100% tax, it would still only be 80p a litre.

Not exactly sure what a litre of fuel costs, but on 40p per litre, the tax would work out at around 250% !

The government isn't worried about a penny a litre at the moment, as it looks like fuel is set to rise due to crude oil prices, and there percentage will go up when the oil companies hike up there prices !

All this bitching about the price of fuel but why oh why isn't there the fuel protests of yester years when fuel was a LOT cheaper than it is now :rolleyes

And the ONLY reason we're in Libya is because they have plenty of fuel, absolutely nothing to do with people getting killed by their leaders, if that was the case why doesn't the UN go into Zimbabwe or other places like this !!!!!!!!
