Finally been out on the bike for the first time in nearly four months since my operation. Just spent 20mins riding around locally and loved it, so of course I'll be riding in to work in a mo. Sod the weather! :D

Very tentative for about half a mile and then I just let rip on the straights. Oddly I was very cautious through the corners, even though it wasn't raining. On the way to work today I was back to old habits and 'slightly' breaking the speed limit I think :police

On the way home it was raining but oddly I found the bike to handle brilliantly. Probably because I'd relaxed by now and was just enjoying being back on the bike. I've missed that feeling so much. I don't care about all the crap on the roads, or even if I get wet, I just love the satisfaction of overtaking the guys who left the work car park while I was still putting my helmet and gloves on after all of two miles :D They'll never learn :D

Can't wait till Monday to get back out again! Only the snow will stop me now :D
