Hello all,
I myself have been interested in ECU flashing and have recently seen quite a few comments and questions about ECU flashing 2021 & up Neo Sports Cafe's. To learn more about if there's a tune out there that would work or if there's one coming soon, I've contacted Woolich Racing about it. They're pretty much the kings of tuning and even support tuning for big racing series like World SBK. Here's the email I've received back from them.

Hi Paul,
It seems that this model is using a new ECU platform, so we aren't able to flash this ECU yet.
We are always striving to add new and commonly requested models and functionality to the WRT software and have any associated cables manufactured as quickly as possible. The more popular the request, the more priority it gets in the ongoing development of the Software. Unfortunately, we cannot give any fixed time frames as to when they will be released.
Your request to have a new model added to the Woolich Racing Tuned Software has been passed on to our Development Team. It will be anonymously used to track the total number of requests received.
If you would like, we can also add your email address to the Wait-List for this model, so you can be notified when support for this model has been added. Just reply back and let us know.
Please keep an eye on our Website, or our FaceBook Page, and the Software Release Notes for updates regarding new models and features added.
Regards,
Woolich Racing Support

Unfortunately, Euro5 emissions compliance has Honda using a new ECU platform for '21+. So that requires a whole new flash for the newest bikes.

As you see in the email, they will prioritize their efforts on new ECU Flashes for the platform that's most popular. So the more requests we give them, the faster they'll get to it.

Here's a link to their contact page. Just click, open a new ticket and fill out the info. It's really rather simple even though it a bit odd to "open a ticket" for a simple question about availability.
Contact Woolich Racing

Hope this helps everyone looking for ECU flashing on '21+ bikes. Add your name to the wait list and we can all get support sooner.

Did you send them your ECU code? When I contacted them, they asked for mine and said it was OK to go with 18-20 flashes.... So this is very confusing haha I understand that there are euro5 differences and I don't understand why MY 21 model is ok vs any other...
I didn’t send an ECU code. I simply told them I had a ‘21 CB1000R and asked if any of the ‘18-‘19 flashes would work. Told them my set up and if they had any recommendations and they just responded with that email in my post. I imagine what might be confusing is the tuning of the bike itself might be the same between 18/19 and 21+, but it’s cracking the ECU that’s different. Pretty sure the engines are mostly the same, don’t think there was major work done for ‘21 just a refresh and some euro5 ECU lockdown it seems. So maybe that’s the difference in our responses?

Also, I think I saw somewhere that the '21+ have three connectors on the ECU verses the two on previous models. This might require a different connection setup for flashes.

Yes, that was something my local tuner kind of alluded to, that the ECU might be physically different from previous models, but he didn’t want to pop the seat and check and I never did myself since there are no tunes available anyway at the moment.
I asked Woolich Racing pretty much the same thing and this was their response;

“Hi Rico
We are busy finalising the new model Kawasaki's at present. Once these are completed we will be moving on to our other top priorities including the Honda's.
If you would like we can add you to our wait list and let you know when it becomes available.
Thank you for your interest and patience.”

Hopefully they do get to it sooner rather than later.

I have also let them know my interest in a tune for this model and added my name to the notification list.

How can I get added to this list?

I see as of 4/1 Kawasaki is released (good to know my buddy was waiting on this) so hopefully sooner than later we get there!?

Look at my first post. There’s a link to contact Woolich racing. Open a new ticket saying you’re interested in a tune for a 2021+ CB1000R and ask to be put on the email list. That’s the only way I know how to add your name to the list.

Sorry I didn't actually go try because the places 'near me' are several hours away, however I also emailed woolich again and got a different response which I'm going to post here

Any updates on this?
Nothing new as of yet. Still waiting for a tune to come out.
Yes...i randomly leave messages on their facebook page about the flash. If priority is the problem everyone on this forum should just keep sending in requests and questions to woolich. :)

Hi all,

Glen here, I've made this account just to reply to this thread. I had some correspondence with Woolich Racing earlier this week and this is what they have sent me in return. Essentially they are after a European ECU for compatibility, and would be grateful if someone could volunteer theirs. They will have to make a small slot into it and it may void the warranty. Anyone can help with this?
