So, is anyone willing to own up to the chicken strips they've got now? I was disappointed to see mine are about an inch either side, though I did look in the dark so I'll see what they really are (and take photos) when the sun is out again. I knew I hadn't gotten it all the way over yet, but I did think I'd gone further than I have :(

You can't really assess lean angle by chicken stripes; they are the result of tyre profile, lean angle and the bikes configuration (steering angle etc). Even the riders weight makes a difference. On some bikes it is easy to lean to the edge of the tyres, on others it is almost impossible if you aren't Valentino Rossi.

Yep, but we're all on the same bike, mostly with the same tyres, and also mostly with the same suspension setup.

It's just a bit of fun when all's said and done though :thumbup
