I searched a lot and I am still confused.
Do I absolutely have to remap if I only change the exaust.(slip on)
The motorcycle is new and it should work perfectly.
I am not looking for performance but only better sound and better appearance.
my choice is to stop on the sc project sc1-r

If it's Euro4 compliant, no.
If it's "For race use only", then yes.

SC-Project's website will indicate if it's Euro4 compliant.

I had an Akrapovič open slip-on with link pipe (cat delete) on my 2014 that required a Power Commander with a downloadable map created by Akrapovič specifically for that bike. Akrapovič's website warned that a PC was required or engine damage could result.

I have a SC-Project CONIC "70S STYLE" slip-on mounted to my 2019. No mapping. No Power Commander. It's Euro4 compliant.
