Hi. Just bought my cb 1000 r 2008. Can anyone recommend an legal upgrade for the headlight dipped and main beam on my bike. I rode it on country roads in the rain and dark for the first time this evening and frankly the lighting was scary. I love the bike and styling so just want a legal aftermarket internals upgrade recommendation.

Thank you. I don't think the bulb upgrade is road legal in uk now? So will probably do the HID bi-xenon headlight kit. Really appreciate your help.

is there a lux restriction in the UK, or a wattage restriction?
