Hello all. I want to thank everyone here for their contributions to this site, it has been quite helpful and inspirational.

I have owned the bike for about a month and have put almost 1000 miles on it. I'm still babying it for the most part, but the babying slacked off quite a bit after the exhaust install. I just love to hear that engine!

Mods so far:

Yoshimura fender eliminator (huge looks improvement)
Yoshimura R-77d (cat and O2 sensor deleted) muuuuch lighter than the OEM exhaust
PCV with autotune (solved fueling issues and idle surge the bike had since day 1)
PAIR valve disabled
Reflectors deleted
12v socket installed on handlebar riser. (kinda ghetto setup, but it works for now)
S2000CR black lug nuts
Reflective custom rim tape (makes me feel better about removing the reflectors)
CBR smoke turn signal lenses (much better looking)
HRC fuel lid cover (it will do for now)
Go Cruise throttle control (the aluminum one, works good and easy to remove when not being used)
Motovation Frame Sliders
Evap canister, hoses, and purge solenoid deleted
Horn relocated under tank where purge solenoid was

A Honda seat cowl is in the works but Honda screwed up the one Doble sent me, so I have to wait some more.
I also have Motovation sliders in the mail that should be here any day.
The levers and mirrors will get attention, as will the engine cases as time and money allows.
Several carbon bits planned for the future along with other odds and ends.
I wish I could get a JonF undertray.

Sorry for the cell phone pics, it's all I have.

Great looking bike. I have been thinking about getting wheel stripes for mine as well. I think the black wheels need a bit of colour. :thumbup

Yikes! I forgot about this thread. It's badly in need of an update! The bike looks a lot different now and has been that way so long that I'm just about ready for a change.

Thanks, Goonster. I think they need some color, too. I'm thinking they might even need a bright paint job soon. A red like your bike's red would look amazing with the matte black.

I figured o would pull this post back from death.

I am about to tear into my bike to install some go fast parts. My dyno guy said to disable the pair valve for tuning. He was saying that I could either do it for the short term or for good. I ended up deciding to remove it for good and got a hold of some block off plates for the valve cover

My digging around on this site led me to this post. I figured if I am going to remove the pair stuff the evap might as well go with it.

The question is if the engine light came on when you removed the stuff?

There is nothing monitoring the evap canister or PAIR. No light.

More up to date pics for this neglected thread:
