Time to sort out my rear end... ;)

The question is Wilbers, Nitron, Maxton or Ohlins? I only have experience of an Ohlins TTX on my KTM 450 SMR and on my previous Triumph Street Triple RX. Anyone have any advice, experience or recommendations?

I have a Maxton (just to throw that into the mix) on my '09 that is great!
    HRC Repsol (my bike now)
Whiteout (what it started out like)

    PS125, CBF600, Hornet 600, CB1000R
"its like a hornet on 'roids!"

Thanks for the additional option. I'll add it to my list

I'm very very happy with my Ohlins. Had it on my 2014 model and moved it to my 2018. Sorts out the rear beautifully.

Which Ohlins have you fitted to yours?

    The HO808 model

This is for the 08-17 CB1000R, and it needed small mods to fit on the 2018 model.

Ohlins has started selling this 828 model for the Neo Sports version but I'm not sure it is as good.

    808 vs 828
    Same length
    47.5 vs 49.5 stroke
    Spring..
    57/150/160 vs 57/170/160 (id/length/rate)
    12.5/65 vs 13/72 (wire size/max deflection)

Same spring rate, but maybe more preload for NSC? Doesn't give installed spring length..

Ordered a Nitron R1 rear shock. With it being sprung for my weight and being much better quality it should work just fine for my needs. I was going to go for the R2 but I couldn't justify the 50% extra in price.
