    I'm out guys

Posted the CB for sale about 2 Weeks ago thinking it would take me forever to sell her in the US. It didnt

Still have my 1000rr track bike but I'm currently without a street bike and shopping.

I honestly can't say enough good things about the CB1000r. It was a great bike. I was just ready for something different.

Im currently on the fence between picking up a used 2014 superduke 1290r for $11000 or going nuts and buying a 2017

I'll follow up with a comparison at some point.

Good luck with bike hunt. I love KTMs, but they need a bit more care and maintenance than a Honda

I love my CB. For a daily rider for a somewhat experienced rider who does not want a "weapon", it's fantastic. I love the handling and the powerband.

But one day I too will sell mine for something different. Been craving a similar type of bike with a V-twin. Or maybe FZ-10 (if they make it less hideous...)

Enjoy your new bike, whatever it may be. The CB will always be a fantastic appliance. Don't forget that, they're just appliances

Happy hunting for the new wheels mate - don't be a stranger on here

I've just pulled the pin myself. After 7 years of CB ownership I've got sick of waiting for Honda to offer a competitive update.

I should hear in the next couple of days that my brand new 2017 BMW S1000R Sport has arrived at the dealers

Good luck indeed, always nice to look at new things to buy, i only use my CB to commute to work (on the nice days) so it suits me I do wish though that Honda would join the party again and give us a decent update.

I stuck with it as long as I could, I just hope I don't regret it in 6 months when Honda get their act together.
