 Import to USAI'm interested in importing a CB1000R to Hawaii - it should help that hawaii has very lax/no emissions regulations, but I still need to meet DOT/EPA guidelines since it's being imported (at least until it gets here)
Would you be able to assist me with this, or do you not do any USA imports? I'd like to buy a UK model since it would already have a MPH speedometer rather than KPH... I've spoken with a dealer and they're more than happy to sell to me, and I have a friend I could use to help me register... but legalities are going to bite me in the ass if I'm not careful. Thanks for any assistance... |

Re: Import to USA Hi, Not sure exactly what you are asking. I am sure there are specific issues to each market. If you have a dealer who can supply you with the bike are they not in a position to assist you? If you are looking at the supply of a meter panel with mph / kmh then we can supply that for you.

Re: Import to USA Ian, the UK spec CB1000R has a digital speedo that can switch between MPH/KPH.
