 Re: SCREEN VOTE!
I don't think you've lost the naked look, but I think the screen is a bit big for the headlight line.
I fitted the smaller version, but I'm not sure about it and will probably change to something else if someone makes a better one.

 Re: SCREEN VOTE!
My opinion, as long as no one shoots me down, is the screen looks fine but as people have mentioned it is a naked get used to it. If you are doing continuous long miles I can see why people fit them. I had one on my GSX1400 as the wind blast was huge but then again it didn't have a small deflector like on the CB. I find this bike good up to 90mph but then who travels faster than this anyway honest So in a nutshell I wouldn't personally fit one but then again people seem to hate the R&G engine cases but do I care: no but interested to hear others thoughts. I guess that will mean no one will want the spare one I have then, Ebay here it comes.

 Re: SCREEN VOTE!
I'd agree that a screen on most naked's looks crap. I fitted ermax screen's to both mine and swmbo's bike to go down to the pryenees last year, took them off as soon as we got home. I'd only use a screen on the cb when doing long distance stuff ie france / spain etc. Having said that the screen on the street triple does look pretty good ????

mitch A screen that was ultra quick to whip off would be a great idea.. BTW, the Triumph only looks good with the screen cos its pig ugly without one (there's a line you won't see in MCN!).

Is he then going to take it off just because others are telling him to??? Indeed, but we like to show off and we like people to say "hey, that's cool". Personally I'm glad that everyone doesn't like the same thing, just as long as anyone who asks doesn't mind when people say "no, don't like that". No harm in asking for opinions though. I doubt Clem will be influenced by what us bunch of idiots say mind you

 Re: SCREEN VOTE!
to fekkin right Im happy with it! Started off a good opinion battle, maybe you should put up a voting pole! Im happy with it, it does keep some wind blast of you on motorway miles, and also keeps the flies off your leathers in the Summer too. As for loosing the look of the NAKED BIKE! WHAT A LOAD OF SHITE! ..... When I have the headlight cover fittted too, it looks and goes well together!!!! At the end of the day, everybody has a different opinion on how our bike is going to turn out afer we have all fitted our bits to it, to satisfy our needs and taste! SO THANKS FOR ALL YOUR INPUT LADS N LASSES Antnee wrote: Mrcb1 wrote: I'm not suggesting that at all, everyone has their own opinion. All I was trying to put across was; WHY CARE. Re: SCREEN VOTE!
Personally I think they look crap, but each to their own. As someone said here up to about 150kph the wind isnt really a problem, just lean forward if it does start to get a bit gusty, its not like you ride the thing flat out for hours on end.... Is it..?
