Post More which wires please
I have taken off the entire rear fender to fit a led clear rear light with indicators built in.
I have found the back light ,indicators, stop light and plate light. But there seems to be one wire hanging down away from all the rest with 3 connectors inside and its white but I don't think when I took everything down that it was attached to anything! I don't have the old light out yet I just wanted to make sure all the lights worked etc but it looks as though it comes up inside the rear of the bike and attaches to something back towards the rear light.
Having checked the workshop manual it is not showing any extra wireing back there so any ideas??
It certainly cannot be for any lights as I have all of them connected. :help

I didn't have any spares when did mine.
wires for plate light and indicators pass through hole in undertray. (3 cables all 2 connections)
The 3 pin connector is the rear light (brake, lights and earth)

Exactly right but as I have not taken out the back light yet I can't see it to well but its pretty long and comes out further towards the back of the bike than the others and from a different hole!

The rear light wire is run further back as it doesn't need to drop through the hole under the pillion seat, so it stays along the side further.
Hope that made sense.

I'm a bit baffled by that as I have already joined up the three way wire holder for the rear light and everything works fine same as the two indicator lights but I'm left with this one wire with a white connector block and three wires going into it, just like the main back light one!

OH you have two wires which will reach the back light?
I thought you said the original back light was still fitted

:stupid I feel a right numpty now. I hooked up everything to the new back light before fitting it to make sure it all worked before I did the rest. And you know what the other wire with the 3 fittings inside is, the other end of the wire from the original back light!! DOH :banghead :banghead
