    damn i didn't do that! lol i'm gonna try it for sure, now that we removed a link in the chain its adjusted but i need a new chain anyway, so as soon as the new chain arrives i'm doing this, thank you so much for your help and everyone else that helped too! you guys rock!

    Also spray a drop of Release agent into it as well.

    We use Plus Gas over here. You might be able to buy something similar where you are.--

    I never thought to try to pry the swing arm like that. Probably a good idea regardless just to spray some anti-seize in there.

    Actually, now that you mention it (I never really thought of it), I have a large long Craftsman Screwdriver that I use for all kinds of things. I don't even remember where I got it. I use it all the dang time though. I don't think I have ever used it to turn a screw. Like, ever. Almost everything is Philips, or Torx, hex, etc.

    I had to lube mine as it stuck, took about 30mins to free. acf50 into the gap where the bolt is and loosen and tighten till i got full adjust again. It was only 6 weeks since I put new C&S on but the joys of winter driving. all sorted now
